For the safety of all Freedom Bakery customers we do not re-sell returned food items, regardless of their condition, therefore all sales at the Freedom Bakery are final.

The Freedom Bakery only accepts pre-authorized returns for the following reasons:

The item was damaged during shipment;
The item's expiration date lapsed by the time it was received;
The item has spoiled or is otherwise defective.

Freedom Bakery is anxious to get your goodies to you! So, we ship most items within 48 hours of receiving an order. (Note we are closed on Sundays & Mondays) UPS will deliver to your door in 3-5 business days.

Exceptions to the shipping/delivery times are for special orders and some cakes. These exceptions are noted in each item description where appropriate.
