BRUSCHETTA

Slice our (best!) French bread into 1/2" slices & toast. Meanwhile, mix chopped fresh tomatoes with thinly sliced shallots, basil, & a crushed garlic clove. When the toast is ready top with the tomato mixture, a few twists of freshly ground black pepper, and a sprinkle of high quality olive oil. Garnish with a few ribbons of basil if you'd like & enjoy!

Note: This basic recipe can be embellished with just about any topping you like & is a fantastic gluten-free option at parties.

STUFFING

Cube and toast any of our yummy breads (pumpernickel is delicious!) while you saute a handful of diced green apple with one link of gluten-free Italian sausage (crumbled), two stalks of sliced celery, and one chopped onion. When the sausage is brown & the bread is toasted, mix everything together in a buttered baking dish with salt, pepper, chopped fresh sage, and enough gluten-free chicken stock to moisten the mixture. Cover & bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn up the heat to 400; remove the cover; & bake until the top is golden & crusty.

ASIAGO BLT

Toast our asiago cheese bread while baking bacon sprinkled with brown sugar until crisp. Top with american cheese while it's still warm. Layer with a thick slice of red onion, tomato, & crisp lettuce. Season with old Bay seasoning & enjoy!
